With over a decade of experience as a certified NLP and EMDR practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Life, Relationship, Family & Business Coach, I've helped and supported hundreds of clients, be that business owners, families, couples, teenagers and children.

My passion is to help as many people as possible learn how to be happy being themselves and how to get the best out of their relationships, career, health and finances.

Over the years, I’ve come to realise that getting your relationships right is key to a happy and fulfilling life. Great relationships – at home and at work – start with understanding yourself. The way you think, the filter you see the world through, the way you deal with and respond to things, your experiences and the beliefs you live by.

Understanding yourself helps you recognise and appreciate who you are, and also makes it easier for you to see and appreciate how others are different.

It will help you better understand and recognise the personalities that are similar to yours, and those that are different. And, most importantly of all, you’ll understand how to stop trying to change others (and yourself!), and instead accept them for who they are and create supportive environments that allow everyone to thrive.
